Alright, guys. I've recovered from shock about the Hunger Games and I am here to tell you about it...
The Hunger Games: Catching Fire starts off at a point that is some time after Katniss's victory of the 74th Annual Hunger Games. She suffers from PTSD, as we see when Katniss shoots a squirrel. When she lets that arrow fly, her imagination triggers the moment when she shot the boy who killed Rue. She flips out and it takes a few moments to recover from this episode.
Katniss then shortly after begins her Victory Tour, starting in District 11 and working her way up to the Capitol... always keeping in mind what President Snow had told her just before she left for the train station. "Convince me, Miss Everdeen." He wants Katniss to convince him that she and Peeta are madly in love, and that her stunt at the end of the 74th Hunger Games was a desperate act out of love for the boy with the bread. After an incident in District 11 where an elderly man raises his right hand with three fingers raised and he whistles the familiar Mockingjay call that Rue and Katniss had invented. The man is brought before the people of District 11 on stage and is shot.
"Haymitch, just help me get through this Tour, PLEASE!" Katniss pleads. But what Haymitch says catches all of us off-guard. "This Tour doesn't just end here. You guys will become mentors, your story of romance will live on forever, your private life will become the Capitol's life; you will never be free. " Whoa, very straight forward, Haymitch! But, in the end, he's right. Katniss tells Peeta and Haymitch what their mission is, convince Snow. Easier said than done, Katniss.
At the Capitol's party, Katniss looks at Snow and he shakes his head in disapproval, as if saying, "Miss Everdeen, you failed." So it begins. At home, when the Reaping is to take place, Snow announces that 2 Victors from previous games and the various districts must compete... as you can imagine, every single Victor, especially District 12's, are really mad. And the arena follows shortly after.
When Katniss enters the tube, she witnesses the death of her stylist Cinna, who had shown up the Capitol by making a Mockingjay dress for Katniss. Snow's not happy, and decides to take his anger out on Cinna. Then the arena begins and so do the games.
At the very end, when Katniss wakes up from the explosion of the arena, Gale sits by her. "Gale? What are you doing here? Where's Prim?" Gale answers softly that they're ok. "I got them out just in time. They sent in Hovercraft, and started dropping the bombs." Katniss asks, " Are they still in 12?"
"Katniss, there is no District 12."
The Hunger Games: Catching Fire
On a scale of 1-10 compared to the first movie, I'd give this a 13. So must begin the war in the epic conclusion of the Hunger Games trilogy: MockingJay.
P.S. I dedicate this post to +Nuked Dew ... the biggest Hunger Games geek I know.

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire
So, who's excited for the world's most anticipated sequel to Suzanne Collin's series????!!!! The Hunger Games: Catching Fire comes out this Friday... and we're all expecting great things, now aren't we?
The Hunger Games: Catching Fire is the continuation of the story of Katniss Everdeen. She now lives in District 12's Victor's Village, where she suffers from PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). She lives in horror of the Games, the blood, and the death. Afterwards, she has to go on the Victory Tour. After the tour, she experiences the Reaping of the Quarter Quell.
The Victors of the previous Hunger Games now have to enter the Games... and fight to the death. And, of course, Katniss is one of those that is chosen. Well, I would love to tell you more... but you gotta see the movie... or read the book in two days or less. Good Luck with that!
Happy Hunger Games! And may the odds be ever in your favor.

Call of Duty: Ghosts
Call of Duty: Ghosts came out just yesterday... and for those COD fans, they will love this as if it was their own child. The Ghosts program is a program for only the most elite of soldiers. This means that only the best of the best get into the program... and obviously one group has proved itself. This is the group which the game mainly focuses on.
Call of Duty: Ghosts not only has a new name, but there is an even BETTER universe. From Game Informer Magazine, executive producer Mark Rubin says, " We're doing a whole new engine, we're playing on a whole new platform, and we've got a whole new world. It's not the same universe as Modern Warfare."
Be ready for another review on Ghosts... COMING SOON!
