Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

The new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is a new approach to the original story-line in the first Turtles movie made. In my opinion, it was a better story overall, suggesting that the turtles' origin was not a mistake, but in fact intentional.
April O'Neil (Megan Fox) is a news reporter for Channel 6 News. She's trying to get her hands on a big story for her reputation, and The Foot Clan is a huge topic around The Big Apple. The Foot is attempting to completely overtake Manhattan.
The Turtles aren't allowing that, as they are making secret outings of the sewers to help the people who are constantly being taken hostage by The Foot. Their master, Splinter, does not believe that his sons are ready for the world outside of the sewers, therefore forbidding them to go above ground.
April discovers the turtles as they are fighting off the Foot Clan, and meets them unofficially. As the turtles talk amongst themselves, calling each other by name, April repeats their names, a look of shock on her face. When the turtles leave, she goes back to her apartment and uncovers her father's files on one such "Project Renaissance," a project to create a mutagen that strengthens the body to a point where it is nearly indestructible.
She watches a video she took when she was about ten years old, which shows her looking at her father's experimental turtles, named Leonardo, Michaelangelo, Donatello, and Raphael. They were given the mutagen to see how it would work, but April's father found out what the purpose of the project was.
The CEO of Sacks Industries, Eric Sacks, has teamed up with the Shredder in order to make a chemical attack on Manhattan. The toxin can only be cured by the mutagen that is in the turtles' blood, making them targets of the Foot. Shredder raids the turtles' sewer home and captures everyone except for Raphael, also leaving Splinter nearly dead.
"Let's go save my brothers." Raphael and April go to where the Foot are holding Leonardo, Donatello, and Michaelangelo. The turtles break out and go to stop Shredder. An epic battle ensues, where the turtles almost die, but make it out alive.
The turtles make it back to their home, grabbing the mutagen extracted from their own blood and taking it with them. They use it to revive Splinter, and all ends well for the city and the turtles.

Rating: 8 out of 10 half-shells, due to great story, and awesome martial arts action. To family friendliness, a 10, and script/line-wise, a 6, because there was a lot more cheesy than epic lines. Overall, a 9 out of 10.

Re-watch Probability: Very high

NOTE: There is one swear word in the entire movie, uttered by Raphael when they are making their last stand against the Shredder. The turtles are getting their butts kicked, and Raphael clearly says it; inappropriately however. "Ugh, we're getting our asses kicked out there." Just a heads-up for those parents who would like to know.
